The parish purchased a Lutheran church building in 1913 and remodeled it, and built a new church on the same site in 1975. The parish was still at its original site in 1986. Known at one time as the Greek Catholic Church, the Byzantine Rite retained various practices of the Eastern Church while acknowledging the supreme leadership of the pope. |
