General Note"The epistle dedicatorie" (p. 3-7) signed "your seruant in Christ Iesus. W. C.," is ascribed by Neill (Hist. of the Virginia company of London, 1869, p. 54) and by Brown (Genesis of the U. S., 1890, v. 2, p. 621) to Rev. Wm. Crashaw. Sabin, however, ascribes it to "Castell?"
"A discovery of the Barmvdas (p. [9]-15) is a reprint, without acknowledgment, of Jourdain's work first published in 1610.
"An additon [etc.]" by one of the colonists who went out with Gov. Moore in 1612: p. [17]-22.
