Boston: Printed and sold by S. Kneeland in Queen-street and by J. and T. Leverett in Cornhill [1755] No. 2-3. Boston: Printed by B. Edes and J. Gill in Kingstreet, for S. Kneeland in Queen-street, and for J. and T. Leverett in Cornhill [1755] No. 3 on t.-p.
The last number breaks off in the middle of a sentence. This comprises all that was ever published of the history, and is very rare.
