| Summary Note | Summary: Davies' response to comments of Daniel Drake accusing Davies of undue influence on the board of the committee of the Third District Medical Society, particularly regarding board member Dr. C.E. Pierson. Drake's letter was published in the Proceedings and correspondence of the Third District Medical Society of the State of Ohio in reference to the Medical College of Ohio, 1832. Davies also includes his history of the Medical College of Ohio (p. 7-8).
