Three of the library service categories are shown in the sample report below-covering the list of serial titles for which user "DFS" is on the routing list (for the issues or the Table of Contents of issues), as well as currently checked-out items. The full report also covers current reserves/circulation requests, reference inquiries (submitted through the Request Information or Service form) and requests submitted for retrieved items, and order requests.

This personal report is generated automatically after you log in with your assigned User ID and My Account password.
