He retired to Key West, Florida, in the mid-1960s and became known as "The Iguana Man of Key West" for his passion for iguanas. The collection consists of approximately 300 black and white and color photographs of midget car races and drivers, primarily in Ohio and Pennsylvania, in the late 1930s through the early 1950s.
