Fought by a Battalion of the 2nd United States Infantry, and levies form Maine, Kentucky, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, under Major General Arthur St. Clair. A photostatic copy of pp. 17-18 and 21-31, Record Group 94, National Archives and Records Administration; pp. 19-20 are lacking.
