Crowley authored the three volume book "Ohio municipal law." The collection consists of personal and business correspondence, particularly relating to the publication of "Ohio municipal law", clippings, speech texts, periodicals, and a scrapbook highlighting Crowley's career. Included is some correspondence with Harold H.
