Crosby served on various boards such as the Greater Cleveland Growth Association, Minority Economic Development Corporation, Council of Small Enterprises and the Cleveland Business League. He was active in numerous civic groups as well, including the Y.M.C.A., Urban League, Forest City Hospital, Glenville Development Corporation, Goodwill Industries, Boy Scouts and United Torch. The collection consists of photocopies of scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings, programs, photographs, and correspondence. The BICCA was a committee of the Greater Cleveland Associated Foundation, which provided funding, services, and facilities. Additional financial support was supplied by local corporations.
