He sold his shares in 1953 and the company was renamed Bobbie Brooks, Inc. Reiter was also the co-founder of Karen Sue Togs, Inc. and Nassau Fashions. From 1954-1979 Reiter served as Chairman and Chief Executive of the Printz-Biederman Company.
