| Abstract: | The Kathryn R. Tyler Neighborhood Center was founded in 1948 to provide recreational and social services to the residents of the Glenville area of Cleveland, Ohio. The Tyler Center is affiliated with the Welfare Federation of Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland Neighborhood Centers Association.
