 Abstract:  Slapnicka was a shooting and outing club established in 1892, in Cleveland, Ohio, by members of the Freethinker faction of the city's Czech population. The club has since disbanded. The collection consists of ledgers, 1930-1947 and 1939-1950; and an anniversary pamphlet, 1925.

 Abstract:  Slapnicka (f. 1892) was a Czech hunting and outing club which owned a farm on Route 43 in Solon, Ohio. Its members were drawn from the Freethinker faction of Cleveland area Czechs. The collection consists of a single volume minute book useful for understanding Czech social activities in Cleveland, Ohio.
