 Abstract:  The Euclid Innerbelt Association was a Cleveland, Ohio, development association incorporated in 1966 to help charitable, religious or educational institutions acquire property near the Euclid Innerbelt area. The Association also prepared reports and recommendations for the development of the area. The collection consists of the files of chairman Edward Bartlett, including copies of the Articles of Association (1960), minutes, correspondence, financial reports, other reports, memoranda, news releases, public statements, and papers relating to the Near West Side Development Association.

 Abstract:  Daniel L. Coit was an original shareholder in the Connecticut Land Company. Henry H. Coit settled in Cleveland, Ohio, in the early 1800s and later moved to Liverpool. William H. Coit resided on Cleveland's east side until his death in the 1890s. The collection consists of correspondence, land deeds, maps, and surveys of tracts of land in Cleveland and in Liverpool, Ohio, belonging to Daniel, Henry and William Coit. Includes commission certificates of Henry H. Coit, and a combined recipe book and garden journal (ca. 1837).

 Abstract:  The Buckeye Realty Company of Cleveland was founded in 1919 in Cleveland, Ohio, by A.J. Vilcsek, Steve Szalai, and Ignatius Korponay to serve the Hungarian community in Cleveland's Buckeye-Woodland area. It went out of business in 1929. The collection consists of correspondence between Buckeye Realty Company and home buyers concerning mortgage payments, land and warranty deed copies, a list of homes sold through Buckeye Realty, newspaper clippings, and three ledger books.

 Abstract:  Zweig Brothers Realty Company was formally founded by Jewish-Russian immigrants Eli Zweig (ca.1895-1945) and Nathan Zweig (ca. 1875-1944) around 1923. The Collection consists of 34 photographs of a property survey done for Zweig Brothers Realty Company during the 1920s through the 1940s. A detailed inventory of the collection is included.

 Abstract:  Rudolphus Edwards (1759-1840) was a merchant from Herkimer County, New York. He settled in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1798 and was elected as Township Chairman in 1802. The collection consists of deeds to tracts of land (mostly in Cleveland, Ohio), 1794-1814; Edwards' docket book while serving as a justice of the peace, 1815-1818; and a biographical sketch (1869) of Edwards.

 Abstract:  Samuel Williamson (1808-1866) was a lawyer, Ohio State senator, and railroad executive, of Cleveland, Ohio. Williamson was a law partner of Albert Gallatin Riddle. The collection consists of correspondence, land deeds, leases, agreements, financial papers, appointments, and certificates. Includes land agreements and deeds of Samuel Williamson (d. 1834) and Matthew Williamson (d. 1832), brothers who settled in Cleveland in 1810, and letters of George T. Williamson, Dr. James D. Williamson, and other members of a prominent Cleveland family; and journal (1848-1876) of the activities of the commissioners appointed by the Ohio Legislature to subscribe to the capital stock of the Cleveland, Columbus, & Cincinnati Railroad Company.

 Abstract:  The Alva Bradley Family was a prominent Cleveland, Ohio, family active in shipbuilding and the real estate business. Alva Bradley was a partner in the shipbuilding company of Bradley & Cobb, which eventually became Bradley Transportation Company, a prominent member of the Lake Carriers' Association. Alva's son, M.A. (Morris A.) and grandson Alva were part of the company. In 1910, they started the Bradley Realty Company which became the largest holder of real estate in downtown Cleveland. The collection consists of accounting journals, ledgers, letter copy books, and other volumes documenting the financial interests of the Bradley family and their business concerns, especially the Bradley Realty Company.

 Abstract:  Joseph and Jacob Perkins were sons of Simon Perkins, general land agent in the Western Reserve. They came from Warren, Ohio, to Cleveland in the 1850s to engage in banking, railroad building, real estate and various businesses. Together they organized and operated the Cleveland & Mahoning Railroad. Joseph was president of the Bank of Commerce (1852-1872), a leading benefactor of Cleveland charities, the first president of Cleveland City Hospital, and a trustee for Western Reserve College (1846-1885). Jacob, also a businessman and president of the Cleveland & Mahoning Railroad, was a prominent Ohio politician as well, serving as a member of the Ohio Constitutional Convention in 1850. His son, Jacob Bishop Perkins, was a large real estate owner and builder in Cleveland. Joseph Perkins' papers include business correspondence, building construction contracts, land, tenement, and office leases, financial statements and business records, maps and surveys, cancelled land contracts and cancelled checks. Jacob Perkins' papers include voluminous correspondence, and accounts and receipts of business affairs. Jacob Bishop Perkins' papers include correspondence, legal papers, contracts, deeds, leases, maps, and surveys, all pertaining primarily to his affairs as a real estate owner and builder in Cleveland. Other family papers include school books, letter books, estate papers, genealogical information, a scrapbook on the early settlement of the Western Reserve, business papers of Joseph's son Douglas and a Civil War diary by another son Charles. Also included are photographs, diaries, trip journals, correspondence from Simon and Nancy Perkins, financial journals, ledgers and account books of Stephen E. Brooks, as well as material relating to the Cleveland, Warren & Pittsburgh Railroad, the Chicago, Danville & Vincennes Railroad, the Cleveland Female Seminary, the Cleveland Board of Park Commissioners, the Hill Clutch Company and the Walker Manufacturing Company.
