In 1966, Mike along with his brother, Jules, started a company called Belkin Productions. Belkin Productions introduced live rock concerts in Cleveland as well as the Midwest. The Belkins were also responsible for managing the music careers of several well known bands. Belkin's business career established him as one of the premier rock music promoters for over four decades.
