Abstract: | Peter Henry Kaiser (1840-1929) was a lawyer, of Cleveland, Ohio. He served as historian of the 150th Regiment of the Ohio Volunteer Infantry. The collection consists of correspondence, notebooks, and other papers, containing data relating to the 150th Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry, which were gathered by Kaiser as historian of the regiment; "A Half-century in Cleveland" (1919), which includes Kaiser's observations on topics such as housing, population, railways, industry, and the Cleveland Bar; and "History and evaluation of soldiers' relief in Ohio." | ||
