Abstract: | Ahaz Merchant (1794-1862) was a surveyor in Cuyahoga County from 1833-1835 and 1845-1850. His son, Aaron merchant (1817-1875) was also a Cuyahoga County Surveyor from 1854-1869. Aaron Merchant's son, Corwin C. Merchant was a surveyor as well. The collection consists of correspondence, banking and tax papers, deeds, land descriptions, land surveys, topographical surveys, maps, blueprints, subdivision plats, diaries, field books, account books, and deed index books. | ||
