One of the premier air shows in the United States, it features military participants such as the United States Navy Blue Angels, the United States Air Force Thunderbirds, and the United States Army Golden Knights parachute team. Participants from civilian aviation, such as aerobatic teams, high-powered biplanes, stunt pilots, and formula race heats, are also included. The collection consists of aerial views of of Cleveland, Ohio, including Burke Lakefront Airport; action photographs of the Concorde SST flyby; and portraits of various participants, including the United States Army Golden Knights parachute team, stuntman Johnny Kazian, stunt pilot Jimmy Franklin, and 1985 Grand marshal Frederick C. Crawford. The photographs were taken by Paul V.
