 Notes:  First edition printed by N. Hickman, 1822. "The extracts are copied from the original rolls on file in the 3d auditor's office of the War department." The military organizations whose members sre here enumerated comprised the entire 3d brigade of Maryland militia under Gen. John Strickler with a few other troops; and were nearly all from Baltimore city. They include all the American forces at the battle of North Point, and the Maryland contingent at Fort McHenry.
