 Abstract:  The Hall family of Peninsula (Summit County), Ohio, included Mary Bond Hall, John G. Hall and William Hall. The collection consists primarily of family correspondence and miscellaneous materials, including some genealogical notes, receipts, a stock certificate, lists and wills of John G. and Mary B. Hall. Several letters relate to everyday concerns during the Revolutionary War and to the experience of a soldier in World War I.

 Abstract:  Paul Bough Travis (1891-1975) was an artist and art educator who taught at the Cleveland School of Art (later the Cleveland Art Institute). His wife, Marjorie Penfield Travis, collected materials on her family history. The collection consists of correspondence, diaries, mementos, unpublished short stories and poetry, and other materials relating to the World War I experiences and artistic career of Paul Travis, and to the genealogy of Marjorie Penfield Travis. Includes diaries and correspondence of her grandparents, William L. and Lucy E. Wood.
