Gerson Family Foundation. Upon the death of Eleanor Gerson, the name of the foundation was changed to the Ellie Fund. The Ellie Fund terminated in 2012. 	Abstract:	WECO Fund, Inc. was founded in 1971 by former Van Dorn Company CEO, Lawrence C. Jones. Originally established as a community development organization, the WECO Fund provided financial services and programs to low and moderate-income individuals and families, as well as to companies and organizations with which they were involved. The Fund operated until 2012 when it was absorbed into Neighborhood Progress Inc. The collection includes marketing and informational literature and an anniversary videotape commemorating the Fund's 30th year in operation.
