The group was a spin-off organization of the Polish National Alliance. In addition to sponsoring an annual debutante ball, the membership raised money for Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio. The collection consists of a constitution, membership roster, minutes, correspondence, programs, newsletters, and newspaper clippings.
