Goff, was a prominent lawyer who was proposed as arbitrator between Standard Oil and the United States Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. In 1914 he helped organize the Cleveland Foundation. The collection consists of copies of the Goff genealogy (1970) by Margaret Ann Goff Clegy, a copy of a history of Ohio charitable institutions (1964) by Russell A.
