| Abstract: | The National Screw and Manufacturing Company was a Cleveland, Ohio, manufacturer of screws, nuts and bolts. It was incorporated in 1889 and absorbed by Monogram Industries, Inc. in 1974. The collection consists of correspondence, drafts of the company's history, miscellaneous papers, newspaper clippings, biographies of some company executives, diagrams of plant layouts, a minute book of the Screw Association, a secret association of three New England screw manufacturers, and articles of incorporation of the Bidwell Screw Company. | |
