George Willis Hamlin was an employee of the Cleveland Department of Public Utilities. The collection consists of 11 photograph albums containing black and white photographs of the construction of the Baldwin Reservoir of the Baldwin Filtration Plant and Fairmount Pumping Station, Fairhill Road, Cleveland, Ohio.
