Located in various city neighborhoods, including Broadway and Central, Woodland, and Carver Park Estates, its service area became the center of Cleveland's African American community. The collection consists of photographs of activities, games, and sports at the Friendly Inn Social Settlement, and also of the neighborhood it served.
