The collection consists of minutes, financial records, committee materials, Christmas seal sales material, scrapbooks, and a subject file regarding tuberculosis control in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and Ohio. Also included are minutes and annual reports of the Ohio Tuberculosis and Health Association. It began in 1970, and was located at 10640 St. Clair Avenue. It ceased services in 1989. The Cleveland Health Care Alternatives, Inc. was founded in 1985 and was made up of health care providers in the University Circle, area, including the Glenville Health Association.
